The Meritrust Credit Union Board of Directors, Leadership Team, members, staff and community celebrated the ground breaking of a new north Wichita Meritrust branch on May 27.
The new Lakeside at the Moorings Meritrust branch is scheduled for a late 2014 opening and will replace an existing branch located in the Twin Lakes area.
“It was an honor to mark this occasion with our Board of Directors, members, Twin Lakes staff and community representatives at our side,” says James Nastars, Meritrust President and Chief Executive Officer. “This branch will bring with it a positive banking experience and excellent service opportunities for the north Wichita membership.”
The Lakeside Meritrust branch will be the first in Wichita to be built using a new prototype design mirroring the location currently under construction in Manhattan, Kan.
The open and accessible interior includes visual merchandising as well as engaging retail graphics to optimize the member experience with branch employees.
Members will find a full complement of retail, commercial lending, mortgage lending and wealth management services as well as teller and ATM drive-thru service at the new location.
