The Kansas Credit Union Association (KCUA) has purchased space at 2544 N. Maize Court, Suite 100 in northwest Wichita (map) and will be relocating in September.

The Association’s current space is located at 2872 N. Ridge Road, Suite 122. The new building is about three miles away near New Market Square.

The transaction was handled by Marlin Penner of John T. Arnold Associates.

KCUA’s education and training, marketing and communications, and research and development services are housed at the Wichita facility, as well as the Association’s for-profit entity, Shared Financial Solutions (SFS). KCUA and SFS provide services to credit unions throughout Kansas and Nebraska.

Governmental affairs, compliance, regulatory affairs and consulting services are housed out of KCUA’s Topeka office. The Topeka office recently relocated to the corner of 9th and Topeka across from the Docking State Office Building and one block west of the State Capitol Building.
