Mobile technology is quickly being integrated into every segment of our society. A recent Nielsen study showed that over half of U.S. adults use smartphones, and comScore® reported that consumer usage of mobile banking increased by 74 percent in 2011.
Discover how a robust mobile channel can help your credit union to:
Increase new member acquisition and retention
Reinforce transaction security
Increase access to members while increasing their access to your credit union
Provide additional marketing opportunities to reinforce the value of your brand
Mobile banking, integration technologies, mobile wallet, PFM and rewards, mobile payments, and cardless transactions will also be discussed.
Over the next few years, you can expect changes to be required to the self-service channel. A mix of changes in payment card industry (PCI) compliance requirements and technology changes will require upgrades to your self-service equipment and/or reevaluation of deployment strategies.
Most ATMs currently run on a Microsoft Windows XP operating system, which has become an industry standard. On April 8, 2014, Microsoft will no longer support Windows XP, focusing on Windows 7 instead. As a result, operating system upgrades on all ATMs are necessary to ensure you can receive technical support for your terminals and remain PCI compliant.
During this webinar, learn:
What the expected change means to your financial institution, as well as a timeline
The best way to address each upgrade and benefits of migration
How to develop a roadmap for success
