News Regarding Sprint Verification Process

Sprint is pleased to offer monthly discounts to credit union members and to ensure the continued integrity of the program, members must periodically provide documentation to verify credit union membership.  

New customers are required to verify within 30 days of activation.  

Current credit union Sprint customers are required to provide proof of credit union membership when upgrading their device if it has been 20+ months since their last validation.   

For members not using one of the above systems, a Verification Form is available, plus an instruction sheet to assist.   Please note that renewal begins immediately and all credit unions should renew as close to October 1st as possible regardless of when they decide to schedule their statement inserts.  

Credit unions must fulfill all minimum marketing requirements for the Contract Year as outlined below.

1. Promote the service on an exclusive basis to your members (all Contract Year)

2. Distribute Sprint inserts to all members in a quarterly statement mailing at least once per Contract Year

3. Continuously display Sprint marketing materials in the lobbies of all credit union branches (all Contract Year)

4. Publish approved articles/ads in credit union quarterly newsletter at least two (2) times per Contract Year

5. Continuously display approved Sprint banner/link on the credit union Web site (all Contract Year)  

The 2012-2013 Contract Year remaining statement insert opportunities are:  

• April Mailing (3/31/2013 Statement Closing Date): Requests must be received by 3/1/2013.
