IRA Essentials gives attendees a solid foundation of IRA knowledge. Exercises are included throughout the day to help participants apply information to job-related situations. Attendees will leave this session able to work with IRA owners and process basic IRA transactions with confidence.
This is a beginner's session; no previous IRA knowledge is assumed. Those attending should bring a calculator.

About the Presenter
Chad Neumann is a training consultant for Ascensus, Inc. He is responsible for conducting IRA training programs to meet the needs of financial institutions nationwide. Chad is the project lead for IRA Supertrain®. He is responsible for the evaluation, analysis, design, development, and delivery of IRA Supertrain each year. Chad is also the project lead for the Certified IRA Specialist (CIS) program. In that role he is responsible for annual exam development and review. Chad is also involved in different distance learning initiatives, including the Video Training Series, webinars, and IRA Essentials OnDemand.
Before joining Ascensus in 2009, Chad worked for CUNA Mutual Group for 8 years as a training consultant. Prior to 2001, Chad gained six years of experience as a trainer and manager as part of the world’s largest independent computer training company. His responsibilities included training on a wide variety of software applications as well as sales training and operational management for a learning center.
