Overview:
Though an RDFI’s role in the ACH Network is to primarily follow the instructions an ODFI provides, there are unique processing situations that aren’t so straightforward.  This webinar will teach you how to appropriately respond to confusing real-world ACH exception scenarios and therefore mitigate the chance for risk and loss.  Learn to ask specific questions of your members to determine the underlying problem and gather applicable ACH Rules references to apply to each issue.  This session is ideal for RDFI staff who want to improve their troubleshooting abilities.

Highlights:

  • How to respond to complex RDFI ACH return and exception scenarios to mitigate potential risk and loss
  • Improve your ability to troubleshoot challenging
  • ACH exception occurrences by asking specific questions of members to learn the underlying problem.
  • ACH Rules references to apply to unique RDFI ACH processing situations that aren’t clear cut
