Overview:
Join the NCUA’s Deputy Director of Small Credit Union Initiations for some strategic ideas specifically designed for the smaller credit unions.  Through existing case studies, you will realize how pinpointed collaboration can assist you to survive and thrive. 

Participants will learn:

  • Strategy-ideas on how to collaborate
  • How collaboration could assist credit unions to survive and thrive
  • Successful some case studies

Speaker: Martha Ninichuk became deputy director of the NCUA Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives (OSCUI) in 2012. Within OSCUI, Martha is responsible for fostering credit union development through training, technical assistance, loans, and grants and the effective delivery of resource channels to small, low-income and newly chartered credit unions.  With over 25 years of credit union experience Ninichuk has provided credit union management, consulting and problem solving assistance to both US and international credit union systems. 

Educational Investment:

Over $75 million  - $109 per telephone connection
$25-$75 million - $89 per telephone connection
Under $25 million -  $59 per telephone connection

Archive:
An audio archive is available at no additional charge and can be accessed for 60 days after the live session. Instructions on accessing the archive will be sent with your connecting instructions and confirmation.

Education Scholarships:

Scholarships are available for all KCUA education events. Scholarships pay 100% of registration fee for credit unions under $25M, 50% for credit unions between $25-$75M and 25% for credit unions over $75M.
