The "New sheriff in town" has been quite busy and our speaker will identify and discuss recent developments in CFPB rule making from the interchange issue, to remittance transfers, collections and, to an extent, the new mortgage rules. It is a lot to cover, but speaker Rob Rutkowski has been teaching this class since the inception of the CFPB and will focus on what credit union compliance people need to know.
