With lean operating budgets, compliance officers and others tasked with compliance responsibilities need to know how to maximize the use of the compliance resources that are available to them.  This session will address the components of an effective compliance program and how you can accomplish many of these components using low cost or free compliance services. 

The speaker will discuss resources and solutions that are available through:

  • NCUA and other regulatory agencies
  • Vendors
  • National trade associations
  • Your league
  • Compliance blogs

Speaker: Jane Pannier is Senior Vice President with NeighborBench, LLC, and a provider of advanced compliance solutions for credit unions. Prior to joining NeighborBench in July, 2012, Ms. Pannier was President and CEO of REALTORS® Federal Credit Union. She originally joined the credit union in January, 2009 as General Counsel, but was named CEO in August, 2010. Before joining the credit union, Ms. Pannier was a partner in The Rochdale Group, a full service consulting firm for credit unions, where she specialized in the areas of consumer lending and regulatory compliance. Ms. Pannier also previously served as Senior Compliance Counsel for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) and Director of their Regulatory Compliance Department.

Over $75 million  - $109 per telephone connection
$25-$75 million - $89 per telephone connection
Under $25 million -  $59 per telephone connection

Education Scholarships:

Scholarships are available for all KCUA education events. Scholarships pay 100% of registration fee for credit unions under $25M, 50% for credit unions between $25-$75M and 25% for credit unions over $75M.





Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation that you can print for your records. Connecting instructions will be emailed to you approximately two days before the event.

Cancellation Policy:
Sorry, no cancellations are allowed after connecting instructions and handout materials have been sent to registrants. Substitutions are welcomed and encouraged.
