This webinar will provide a detailed review of the current status of consumer compliance proposals, final rules, and what consumer and mortgage lenders should expect from the CFPB in the future. The goal of this webinar is to give you the most-current information. All topics are likely to be consumer-loan and consumer-mortgage related. However, due to the almost-daily changes in the consumer regulatory world, the Bureau’s footsteps will be monitored closely to ensure that you receive the most up-to-date information. In addition, you will receive a compliance calendar that reflects all due dates, when changes are scheduled, and any other available information so you can manage lending compliance changes in your institution.

  • What’s already in place
  • What is due "any day”
  • What is coming in the short term and long term
  • Tips for managing the process
  • Consumer compliance calendar
