Self-Study Certificate/Designation Programs

	Available in print or online, STAR provides training for front-line and operational staff.
	Available in print or online, MERIT is designed for both beginning and experienced supervisors and managers.
	Complete orientation and training on credit union operations for volunteers.
	A brand new blended learning program that incorporates competency mapping as the basis for each course.
	Basic and advanced compliance training for staff, managers and compliance officers.

Place all STAR, MERIT, VAP/VLP certificate program material orders through CUNA Customer Service. Call (800) 356-8010, press 3. Call this same number with questions regarding invoices, or for returning purchases. Return policy/procedure is noted on packing slip/invoice.
