Join a Kansas Credit Union

You may be eligible to join a credit union through an affiliation with your employer, your occupation, your community, your church, or another group with which you or a family member is associated.

KCUA manages a list of Kansas credit unions alphabetically, as well as by city. Or search for a credit union near you at asmarterchoice.org. Remember you may not be eligible to join each credit union on the list. Contact the credit union to determine eligibility requirements.

• Check Around

Check with your employer, church, school or professional and service organizations to see if they offer membership to a credit union as a benefit. You are also eligible to join, in many cases, by being related to an existing member of a credit union.

• The Community Credit Union

Some credit unions offer membership to people who live, work, go to school, or attend church in certain communities, cities, or counties.
