• Money$mart

Money$mart is designed to offer middle school students training in sound personal financial philosophies and practices in a fun environment that enhances leadership and teamwork skills.

• Save@School

Save@School is a special program that joins Kansas credit unions, State Treasurer's office, and schools with the common goal of educating children so that they become educated consumers who will make responsible financial decisions in the future. Students open savings accounts and make deposits to their accounts on scheduled savings days at their school.

• BizKid$

BizKid$ is a public television series dedicated to financial literacy for kids. It is a weekly 30-minute TV show by the Emmy award-winning creators of “Bill Nye the Science Guy.” The show is fun, fast-paced, and features compelling stories about real-life kid entrepreneurs and reinforces the importance of budgeting, saving, and giving back to the community.

• NEFE High School Financial Planning Program

Since 1984, NEFE has been addressing youth financial literacy with the nationally known NEFE High School Financial Planning Program® (HSFPP). The HSFPP consists of a seven unit student manual, instructor’s guide, and a dynamic suite of Web pages that offer a large, continually growing collection of resources, articles, and financial tools for teachers, students, and parents.

• Mad City Money

“Mad City Money^TM” is a 2½-hour hands-on simulation that appeals to youth and gives them a taste of the real world. High school students take on the role of an adult in futuristic Mad City. They’re given jobs, income, a family, and debt. The challenge? Visit merchants to select housing, transportation, food, household necessities, clothing, day care, and other wants and needs while building a budget.

• CUNA Seminars in a Box for Members

Member education is vital when you consider the sheer numbers of issues facing consumers. CUNA Seminars in a Box for Members includes everything you need to plan and execute a member seminar —just add the members! Topics include auto buying, credit, fraud and security, home buying, money management and organization and savings and investments.
