Vice President of Operations

Exciting opportunity for an executive to join a growing Credit Union in the Topeka area. This position is considered an integral part of the success and future of the operations as it relates to the member experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, planning, and directing all the operational functions associated with branch sales, service and operations.
As part of the senior management team, this individual will be a participant in the development of the strategic implementation plan and respective objectives and strategies set forth by the Credit Union.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills while acknowledging the importance of the ongoing relationship with members in support of the credit union's vision and mission. Five or more years of executive level management experience in the credit union or banking industry required. Bachelors degree in a related field required.
