Affiliated Organizations
A bylaw amendment was passed at the 2011 KCUA annual business meeting changing the election process for KCUA directors. As part of that change, chapters began a transition process to move from the current chapter bylaw structure to an affiliated organization bylaw structure.
The purpose of Affiliated Organizations (A.O.) are to function as an integral part of the Kansas Credit Union Association in an effort to advance the credit union movement. Affiliated Organizations are governed by the Bylaws of the Kansas Credit Union Association, established by the Board of Directors of KCUA.
The table below indicates the new Affiliated Organization name of each Chapter.
