Letter of recommendation from applicant's sponsor (A sponsor is the parent, guardian, or grandparent currently employed by a credit union or is a volunteer for a credit union.
300-500 word essay on "What is a credit union and what does it mean to me?"

All applications need to be recieved at the Kansas Credit Union Association, 2872 North Ridge Road, Ste. 122, Wichita, KS 67205, attention: Gina Evans by February 15th.
