MP3 Statewide Awareness Campaign
Share |

The Media Power Pack Program (MP3) is the credit union cooperative advertising program. Together we can achieve more - an excellent statewide media purchase, promoting the credit union difference to Kansas consumers, members and potential members.

CURRENT CAMPAIGN:

The power of one can make a difference. Kansas credit unions.

Based on member credit union feedback, we launched the "power of one" campaign in the second  half of 2012. The print ads feature actual credit unions members, one of the ideas suggested by our credit unions. We completed our first "Make a Difference" event, which will become a part of each year's campaign.

Our paid advertising consists of print, radio and online ads.  The ads ran October-December in 2012 and January-March of 2013. Fall 2013 dates have not been determined.

PREVIOUS CAMPAIGN

Money Smart, Value Strong (Spring 2010- Spring 2012)

KCUA developed a strategic awareness campaign to remind Kansans across the state of the value of credit unions. This year's theme is Kansas credit unions. Money smart. Value strong.

The campaign ran January - March (key months in our state's legislative session), and in October to coincide with International Credit Union Day. Ads were placed in 140 community newspapers, with an emphasis in the Wichita, Topeka and Kansas City markets. Radio spots aired on 37 radio stations throughout Kansas.
